Jim will be taking you on an exciting journey into 1st Corinthians. This complex and beautiful letter of Paul to first-century Christians in Corinth speaks mightily to their (and our) struggle to be defined as a church of God in a complex and worldly setting and how to live by faith and freedom while continuing to live in a material world. It teaches us how to walk in this world as “new creations” who have been re-born through the Holy Spirit.

Contemporary Reality of the Bible - Bob and Fran Shaffer (Galations Room, white building, 1st floor)

Ecclesiastes 1:9-10 says, “…there is nothing new under the sun. Is there anything of which one can say, ‘Look! This is something new…’” Bob and Fran Shaffer will be leading an open Bible study that will actually be chosen by the class. The Biblical subject will be chosen by the class in the first session.

New Believers - Ray Teemer (Romans Room, white building, 2nd floor)

This class is designed specifically for new believers. If you are new to faith and your relationship with Christ, this is a “MUST” class for you. Teacher Ray Teemer will be taking new believers on a journey into the foundational principles of what it means to be in relationship with God.

In “Soul Care” Pastor Danny will take you on a Biblical journey into the soul of who you are.

If you want to know how amazing grace really is, take a good look at the broken lives it heals. “What’s So Amazing About Grace” is an interactive Bible study based on the book, What’s So Amazing About Grace, that features DVD teaching by the award winning author Phillip Yancey as well as study facilitation by one of our Elders, Horace Preddie. This study is designed to take you into gut-level encounters with radical, life-changing grace.
